Obysdian Group Terms of Service 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services or contacting Obysdian Group (“Obysdian”, “we”, “us”), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out herein. These terms govern all access to our consulting, procurement, sourcing, and logistics solutions.

2. Services Provided

Obysdian Group offers strategic sourcing, procurement, quality management, supply chain risk solutions, and logistics advisory primarily for industrial, mining, energy, and manufacturing clients. Our work covers end-to-end sourcing, supplier evaluation, quality assurance, and logistical coordination tailored to the specific needs of each industry segment. This allows us to deliver flexible, high-quality solutions across a wide range of technical and operational requirements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and cooperate fully during audits, sourcing engagements, or consultancy arrangements. All information provided must be truthful and not infringe on the rights of third parties.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services are agreed in advance and payable according to the specific engagement contract. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Confidentiality & Data Usage

Obysdian Group will take all reasonable steps to protect any proprietary or sensitive client information shared for service delivery. Data may be used to improve service quality and for operational purposes but will not be shared with unauthorized third parties, except as required by law.

6. Warranty & Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While Obysdian Group strives for accuracy and reliability, no guarantee is given that outcomes will meet client expectations. Advice given is based on best practices and vetted supplier networks but cannot be guaranteed against circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Obysdian Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of its services. Liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid for the services in question, unless otherwise stipulated in the engagement contract.

8. Intellectual Property

Content, reports, and materials created by Obysdian Group during engagements remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use deliverables solely for internal purposes; redistribution or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

9. Termination

Obysdian Group reserves the right to terminate engagements where:

● Client breaches these terms

● Payment is not received

● Services become impractical due to external or internal circumstances.

10. Governing Law

Any engagement between the client and Obysdian Group will be governed by the applicable laws of Hong Kong SAR, unless agreed otherwise.

11. Amendments

Obysdian Group may amend these Terms of Service at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on our website and/or sent to clients directly
